MBA-MIB Students in France needing library help

This morning I was contacted via IM by an international student enrolled in the MBA-MIB dual-degree program in Nice, France. http://cob.sfsu.edu/cob/graduate-programs/mba-mib.cfm

He had a PIN problem that we typically resolve by asking students to come in in person (the registrar had not added him to the system so we had no record of him and he could create a PIN).  To resolve this problem from afar (he’s in France), I had to ask for Ed Liddle’s help. Hopefully the rest of this cohort will be able to create their own PINs, but I just wanted to give you all a heads-up in case we hear from more of these far-flung students.
