New LRS Issues/ Problems

Everyone!

1. If a student is requesting an item from the LRS AND using “Internet Explorer”, they need to use the button “Request Item” at the top of the page. (The ‘request item’ button from the “Status” section of the record  is missing).

2. If they’re using ”Firefox” as a browser,  they can request an item using the “Request Item” button below “Status” .  HOWEVER,  the software asks for ‘last name’ info ONLY – there is no authentication via a “Library Pin” number.

    Also, ask users to only type the first 9 characters of their last name. Otherwise, the request will fail.

    This issue has been fixed. Please tell patrons to click the “Request Item” button below the Status of the item.
