Loan Tran and I have worked on combining the various desk schedules in Annex 1 into one ‘coherent’ hour-by- hour schedule. The schedule reflects the Reference Desk, Info Point, Student Assistant (including Systems staff members), and Library Guard schedules. The weekly schedule will be posted behind the Annex 1/ Reference Desk divider on Monday morning. The schedule is also available from the “Library Services Points” page and the Library’s Intranet. Online revisions and trades will be handled by individuals requesting the trades. We’ll continue to keep the InfoPoint schedule in print format at the Desk area.
