As everyone knows, we’ve reduced our staffing in Annex 1. This means that its extremely important that you inform Loan and myself if you’re unable to make your Info Point hour. Whether you have vacation plans, sick, or arriving late to Annex 1, etc., email/ phone us and let us know what’s going on.  If you’re planning an extended vacation, give us enough time to find a substitute. If you’re sick, let us know asap. Loan’s phone number is 338-6046 (email: loantr@sfsu.edu. My number is 338-1768 (email: tki@sfsu.edu). Email is best. Please note: whenever someone doesn’t make their hour, its usually Loan or myself who have to ‘stop’ what we’re doing to cover the assigned hour. I know business is slow over the summer, but we’re still asking everyone to be responsible for their desk hours in Annex 1. ALSO: If you’re working the Info Point and someone doesn’t show up for their hour, call the person directly as they may have forgotten their hour. If they’re unavailable, contact Loan or myself. Do not leave the desk unattended without notifying someone. Thank you!
