OneCard VTS Machines Down

Both of the OneCard VTS machines are down.  The OneCard website(http://fiscaff.sfsu.edu/generalinformation/departments/onecard/onecard_small.jsp) for online deposit site is also having issues, when you click on the “Online Deposits” link you get the error message below. We need to find a solution before 10:00 p.m when only the CSOs are avaliable and there will be  no Library staff members on duty.

Database Connection Unavailable

Blackboard Academic Suite^TM is unable to locate the database it needs to proceed. There may be a network problem, or a database connection issue. Please contact your system administrator.
