We keep getting a strange message when we try to use the Circulation mode in Millennium. BIBTEMP FILE IS FULL CALL INNOVATIVE NOW. We are unable to process anything and the message just keeps repeating when we try.

Update. I just phoned Innovative Customer Service Number and apparently our cache was full. The customer service agent reset our cache to 50% so that it is no longer full. This will temporarily solve the problem but does someone have to follow up with Innovative?
