Hi all. Students are needing empirical research published by the American Psychology Association. It’s actually the American Psychological Association.  [ends with CAL not LOGY] Put that into the Publisher box of PsycINFO and then choose Empirical from the Methodology box.

    You can also tell people a simpler method for this peculiar assignment: Use PscyARTICLES, which is only APA journals, and then select EMPIRICAL STUDY in the Methodology limit box on the initial page. This just saves hunting for the publisher.
