Periodicals Check Out – Blue Notification Slip

Everyone!
If you’re checking out periodical(s) from Annex 1, be sure to include ‘one’ blue “Current Periodical Single Issue” slip. Be sure to date the slip with a due date. Also, if patron is checking out multiple issues, you don’t need to attach a blue slip to each periodical – one will suffice. Thanks!
