I don’t know what is happening tonight, but I’ve been getting a lot of phone queries regarding 404 messages patrons keep getting when trying to access FULL TEXT remotely. I am pulling up the full text fine here in the library. Anyone know what the matter might be? Working with patrons live online gives the same result.

Hmmm… i’m getting this message when I’m trying to access my new email server (email.sfsu.edu) (see below).
403 – Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Tried it with Safari and Firefox and getting the same message. If I ‘manually’ enter https:email.sfsu.edu in the address bar, then it works.
I didn’t have this problem yesterday. Maybe the 404 message is a similar problem?
