While the new Sign-On software for MAC workstations is needed and much appreciated, a few students have discovered their patron access is blocked. Why? Because they have overdue fines! If someone is unable to ‘sign-on’ a workstation, check their patron ID number on the Circulation Services module. There is a ‘tab’ indicating their overdue fee (more than $15.00), if this is the reason they’re blocked. If there are other access problems with the MAC workstations, inform me or Chris Novak.
