Info Point Phone
The patron that was abusing the phone usage at the Info Point is back. Today she was given permission to make “one” “short” call, and then proceeded to make multiple extended calls. Please don’t let her use the phone. Her pattern is to ask to make a “short emergency” call, and then to make multiple extended calls which are not “emergency” related or connected to University business.

Thanks for writing this post, Chris. The patron has a cell phone. For some reason, she regularly asks patrons and staff to use their cell phone or library phone. She has also entered Annex 2 to use the front desk phone. PLEASE – no exceptions for her. If there is an emergency, direct her to the office of Public Safety.
