Statistics – Weekend Restroom Maintenance

We need to document the number of weekend incidents where the restrooms in Annex 1 require maintenance (e.g. no paper, clogged drains, mess on floors) but Plant Operations staff are unavailable to assist. A statistics sheet will be kept at the Reference Desk. The statistics period runs from Saturday (12:00am) through Monday (7am).  If you notice a problem with the restrooms, or someone complains,  please document the incident.

If you have any questions, please record them on this site.  The statistics sheet is on a clipboard and colored ‘pee’ yellow.  Euuuu!!!
