Update

1. Reference handouts/ info have been moved to the ‘top’ of the moving cabinet. Let me know if you want something added.

2. Please remember to fill out the “Unusual Occurrence Forms” if there are patron conflicts, emergencies, calls to DPS, etc. Return form to Thomas Iwatsubo. The form is located above the moving file cabinet.

3. We’ve revised the “Library Guest Workstation” form. Besides the striking ‘purple’ color, we’ve added an “Initials” section. You do not need to add your initials into “Patron Database”, but write down your initials on the form. Once its completed, place the form inside the pocket of the “Circulation Procedures” binder.

4. We’ve noticed an increase in the number of questions related to the closure of the Library Stacks and unavailability of monographs from the Library, due to loading of the LRS. We’re drafting a statement that we can communicate to users. Stay tuned!
