Internet Connection is Down

December 16, 2009

At about 7pm this evening access to the Internet for off-campus sites went down all over campus.  Chris and Kim were here to help troubleshoot, thank goodness. While we have been able to access many on-campus locations from the library (including our opac, this LSP blog, sfsu email and even iLearn) students couldn’t email files to themselves, and we couldn’t get into library databases.  We’ve gotten calls from students who can not get into campus sites from home.

So, it looks like we’ve been quarantined!  (10pm).
