Important! Complaint from "Loan Desk" folks!

If you’re using the Circulation module (check-out materials, verifying user status, checking -in materials) in Annex 1, be sure to CLOSE THE WINDOW on the patron’s account. If you don’t close the window, it remains active and secure. Users will not be able to access a workstation with the University ID number and “Loan Desk” folks can’t resolve patron records. (Yesterday, a patron was trying to resolve an overdue fee in HSS 102, but his account was locked.  Someone left his patron record  ‘open’ from a staff workstation in Annex 1.)
