Slowness on PC & Research Computers

This has been resolved.

Students are able to log-in to PC and Research Computers but Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Word (and perhaps other softwares) are running really REALLY slow. The problem is being worked on but we do not know how long this may take to be resolved.

update: (9:51AM) PC & Research computers are working better then they were earlier this morning, but they are not officially fixed.
