If there is a technology emergency in Annex I evenings or weekends check the red Emergency Manual for the appropriate number to call depending on the nature of the emergency. An emergency would be something like: the OPAC, eRes, Website, Sign-on or Printing is not working. This is a representative, but not necessarily complete, list. The Emergency Contact list is on the first page of the Emergency Manual. One copy of the Manual is kept on the bookshelf behind the Research Assistance desk. The other copy is in front of the Community Service Officer’s desk.
