If a patron is trying to copy single-sided originals and  convert them to two-sided copies (or ‘double-sided’ copying), look for the ‘Heading” column and select  ”1>2 Sided ” copying.  NOT “2>1 Sided”.

“1>2 Sided” copying assumes the user has a series of single-sided ORIGINALS  that need to be copied as ’2 sided’ copies.  The “2>1 Sided” option assumes you have a number  of 2 sided ORIGINALS that need to be converted to 1 sided copies.

This seems counter-intuitive, but that’s how the copier works.
