The PGA Golf Tour will be held at Harding Park (across the street from Library Annex I) on October 6-11, 2009. San Francisco State University will provide some reserved parking spaces for the attendees in Lots 20 and 25. In an effort to maintain parking spaces for the campus community during this large and very popular event, SF State identification will be checked at the entrances to the parking areas. Stuck in traffic due to PGA.
The SHUTTLE may not be running today (due to the PGA tournament?). Another librarian who normally takes the shuttle from 19th was told by her driver that there would be no shuttle today. I tried to reach the Dept. of Parking and Transportation to confirm this and post a note about it. But they are closed today to deal with PGA issues.
Stanley, the campus loop driver, told me yesterday, depending on the traffic the loop might not operate. He didn’t mention the BART to 19th and Hollaway route.
