If a patron wants to access a workstation in Annex 1 but they’ve forgotten their University ID number, be sure to ask for a PHOTO ID – usually a driver’s license or passport. The “Circulation Desk” functions has University ID information, but this is CONFIDENTIAL info. If they’re unable to provide a photo ID, we can’t help them retrieve their ID number.

1. The MAC workstations do not require a University ID number (but this will change soon).
2. The Express workstations are available for 15 minute increments. ID numbers aren’t authenticated – it can be any combination of letters/ numbers.
