We started having problems accessing Safari Tech Books online earlier today. Users couldn’t get past a screen offering a choice between Personal and Library access; if they clicked the library access option, nothing happened. Proquest is now reporting that the problems have been resolved.

Print volume in Annex I is extremely high and the printers quickly run out of paper. You should check the paper level in the printers once an hour when we are busy. Paper is under the low scanner counter at the far end of the service counter.
