More EBSCO Problems

EBSCO is down again. Links from SFX and to the native search interface are not available.

The EBSCO z39.50 server searches from Metalib/Xerxes are working fine.

    EBSCO is back up and running again as of 12:10pm

    Seems to be working normally as of Wednesday lunch time.
