If the VTS (Value Transfer Station) is out of order, contact Chris Novak, Tim Cabanag, or Holden Yeung. They are serving as the initial contact with the OneCard office for problems with the VTS stations. Also, place an ‘out of order’ sign on the station. Signs are located in the cabinet drawers, below the Info Point phone.
When the VTS machine is down, its usually means there’s too much stored cash. Only the personnel with the OneCard office can empty the machine.
The One Card office is open weekedays from 8:30am to 5pm. With evenings and weekends, continue to leave a message via phone/ email with Chris, Tim, or Holden.
