Students with Expired "Patron Privileges"

There have been more than the usual number of patrons contacting us
because their “patron privileges” have expired. This may be due to a
problem with a “production file” Ed Liddle received from the
Registrar’s office. They are working to correct this but, in the
meantime, the standard procedure is to direct students to HSS 102.
