Yes, there is ONE pay phone on the mezzanine level of the Caesar Chavez Student Center.

Also, library phones are not meant for public use.  If a patron needs to make an emergency call, you can utilize some personal judgement.  However, most emergencies should be handled by “Department of Public Safety” – adjacent to Annex 1.

Note:  we’ve gotten complaints about a patron who abuses our ‘generosity’ and makes numerous requests to use our phone in Annex 1 and Annex 2, citing an ‘emergency’ or ‘needing to make a short call’.  After one request was denied, I noticed she was making a call from her cell phone in Annex 1.  FYI!
