We started having problems accessing Safari Tech Books online earlier today. Users couldn’t get past a screen offering a choice between Personal and Library
access; if they clicked the library access option, nothing happened.
Proquest is now reporting that the problems have been resolved.

Wednesday, september 16th. IM question related to Safari online books. Patron couldn’t get it, but, previously, had access to book chapters. We couldn’t figure it out, either. Best option – come into the library and use workstation. the problem may reside w’/ off site access. This is a guess, however.
