ILLiad Upgrade 9/11/09

Henok will be upgrading ILLiad on Friday 9/11/09. ILLiad will be down starting at 7am and may not be back up until 3pm. This is a software only upgrade and will have the most impact on DDS staff. From the user point of view, the changes will be minimal. While ILLiad is down for the upgrade, Link+ will continue to be available.
