A flyer created by the SDS Research Committee containing analysis of the California State College Trustees and Regents after the suspension of George Mason Murray, a graduate student in English and Black Panther Minister of Education, hired as a teaching assistant. Document identifies individual regents responsible for the suspension, including Catherine Hearst, Earl Jorgenson, Dudley Swim, George Hart, William Roth, Samuel Mosher, and James Thacher. Flyer ends with a call to support the strike of black students.

Printed matter listing ten demands and justifications issued by the Black Student Union to be addressed before the 1968-1969 San Francisco State College student strike can be resolved. Demands include: the establishment of a Black Studies Program; the status of Dr. Nathan Hare; the ability to offer a B.A. degree in Black Studies; the ability to fill unused slots in the Special Admissions Program with Third World students in Spring 1969 and to admit any Black students who wish to go to college in Fall 1969; the role of Dr. Helen Bedesom as the Financial Aid officer; the role of the California State College Trustees in determining the fate of any Black Studies program; and the role of George Mason Murray in the English Department.

Proposal by the students, faculty and administration at San Francisco State College for The Center for Educational Innovation "an experiment in educational processes and institutional structures." The Center would be comprised of four service offices and five institutes: Youth Services Institute; Community Services Institute; Black Studies Institute; Creative Development Institute, and the Media Innovations Institute. The proposal was transmitted by Shepard A. Insel, and identifies John Summerskill as Initiator, Dr. Fred Thalheimer as Project Director, Mr. Lawrence Eiseberg as Coordinating Officer. Includes a history of the founding of the Experimental College and Black Student Union. Note: Appendix II is missing.
