KPIX's Belva Davis reports from Your Black Muslim Bakery in Oakland on May 29th 1971, interviewing its founder Yusuf Bey. He explains the process of trial and error that enables them to bake organic products for the "health conscious" that also taste good. There are views of customers inside the store and also detailed scenes of employees working on the production line. Ends with Davis explaining that three shifts keep the bakery operating 24 hours a day.
